It’s time for the results of our our 2009 Citizen and Business of the Year Awards!
2009 Business of the Year - RE/MAX First Realty III / Top Texas Team - Jim & Pam Bruner and Judy Andes
You can’t have a successful business without motivated, dedicated, and caring people - descriptions which most certainly apply to Jim, Pam, & Judy! However, they don’t just care about their business… they care about the entire Aubrey community. They have been active in the Chamber for many years, including holding leadership positions, and they are always there to support all individuals and organizations within the community.
2009 Citizen of the Year - Dr. Jay Whetsell
Jay is very involved in the local community. In addition to his membership in and tireless support of the Chamber, he has served on development committees the cities of Aubrey and Krugerville. Additionally, he is involved with the Aubrey Education Foundation and Aubrey ISD, supporting almost all of the various academic, band and sports events and activities within the school.
